I am an educator who advocates to improve the Social and Emotional well being for every student entering the classroom, in order to ensure that all students have the ability to learn. After spending almost two decades in a variety of classroom settings ranging from General Education teacher, Special Education Teacher and Behavior Specialist I have a knowledge an insight into helping the most challenging students. 

This insight has also allowed me the ability to address whole classroom and individual concerns while maintaining classroom expectations as well as proactively addressing classroom management issues before they happen. My classroom management strategies, and engaging lessons have made my classroom a warm environment in which students want to learn. 

Outside of education, I enjoy spending my time with my family and my own two children. You may also find me using a wrench on my car, or reading a good book on the beach.
